There was no review cycle. There was no form. Nobody at Endogenous had asked her for one, and nobody at Endogenous has asked anybody for one, because Endogenous does not do reviews, because Endogenous is a firm that opened this August and has not yet been open long enough for anyone to have a year to be assessed on.
