The record on the coalition, the boogeyman, and the word, corrected in the order the corrections arrived.

The Gazette reported that a local coalition had unanimously blurted that the boogeyman had been ousted, and that the coalition had marked the solution of the problem with a considerable quantity of beer. The beer is not in dispute.

The coalition has since announced that there were several boogeymen. It further clarified that they are boogeypeople. The Gazette regrets the number and the noun.

Discovery, the music desk, has objected that the term is unfair to Boogie. The Gazette notes that Discovery is a mirror ball and has a standing interest.

Koala Prince P has separately stated that it ain't hip hop. He was not referring to the word. He was referring to the renaming. Discovery objects to the word; Prince P objects to the fuss. The coalition huddled.

The coalition has now announced that it has reclaimed boogie for boogeypeople — by nonboogey people, for nonboogey people. It noted that some of its members listen to Curtis Mayfield. A few asked that it be put on the record that they think disco is trash. It is on the record.

For the record: the position that disco is trash was last held at scale on July 12, 1979, at Comiskey Park in Chicago, where a crate of disco records was blown up in center field between games of a doubleheader and the second game was forfeited. The music did not stop. It changed its name. The word the DJs and the record shops came to use for what disco became after 1979 — same rooms, a few beats slower, the word filed off — was boogie.

The coalition has therefore reclaimed, for people who are not it, the name disco took in order to survive people who said what the coalition has said. The Gazette does not correct this. It reports it.

Curtis Mayfield is soul with a disco record or two in it, and the members who cited him are excused anyway.

Over Constrained is writing about problem solving. The collector of soul is preparing questions. Discovery has not commented. Discovery does not comment; it turns.
